These trainings focus on the conditioning of the whole body with military-style drills. Push-ups, Sprints and obstacle courses are just some of the exercises in these classes conducted. The lessons last 45 minutes and are very effective in burning fat. This non-stop workouts keep their heart rate. Classes are usually held in various parks in Charleston. Most women who participate in these classes are not athletes, but mothers and employed professionals. They enjoy the variety of workouts, outside, and that the only classes are only 45 minutes.
