What to do in Charleston, SC?
I'm going to Charleston SC, in September for a wedding. I can go alone and would love to find something fun to do on Friday before hand. I wondered Walking on Francis Marion National Forest, but what if it rains? Any help would be great.
September is still very hot, so visiting the beach is a Option. There are many plantations and other historic sites to visit, Middleton Place, Fort Sumter, Yorktown, etc. The Charleston Museum is the first museum in the country and has a lot of great Things, the South Carolina Aquarium nearby. Downtown has a lot of unique boutiques, websites, the City Market, etc. There are many outlying areas with other things to see.
