A total solar eclipse, one of the world's most unique phenomena, when the moon is between Earth and sun, the shadow of the earth blocks the sun and take walks. If you are lucky enough to be put on the path through the center of the shadow, the moon is exactly aligned with the sun, it completely blocked and you will see a total solar eclipse.

Outside the path of totality, although a staggering 95% of the Sun is still obscured, the effect of the eclipse is not nearly so alive – only quietly, quietly, dusk-like effect. These were the conditions most of us during our experienced "once in a lifetime" on the British mainland to Eclipse 11 August 1999, does not predict the next now to 2090th

Huge cosmic coincidence is at work during a total Solar eclipse, the moon is 400 times smaller than the sun and the sun is 400 times farther from Earth so completely extraordinary, from our perspective here on Earth the size of these two celestial body appears to be exactly the same.

While this is a coincidence in the hands of larger forces than we do, we always in the right place the right time is not. These days it is easy in our power to swiftly around the planet.

There are some qualifications here. Total solar eclipses roll by every 18 months or so, but nature throws a much higher chance of incidence inhospitable terrain, the most likely locations where large parts of the ocean or barren ice fields. Even as the moon casts a big shadow over the face of the Earth sometimes as wide as 10,000 miles, the central umbral cone only a fraction this, now as narrow as 100 miles or so.

But here's the good news, because the next total solar eclipse is almost upon us, on 29 March 2006. And, as the moon shadow sweeps across Africa and the Mediterranean at 1500-2000 miles per hour, the umbral cone cross an area of many of us in our annual search for a quick week away in favor of guaranteed sunshine.

The Turkish Mediterranean coast offers thousands of sunbathers holiday: with many hotels, and a strong chance of cloudless sky, are places such as Dalaman, only about a 4 hour flight from the United Kingdom, with airlines such as XL offers cheap flights [Http://www.xl.com/champion/ cheap-flights-to-dalaman.asp].

And once you are in Turkey you can take to the sea and celebrate the event with a flotilla Gulet Vacation or if you are to the more cosmic significance of the day, a brand Trance Festival want, where eclipsaholics together can chill: a look at href = "http://www.soulclipse.com"> soulclipse.com for more details.

So you're ready for another bite at your golden opportunity?
