The concept of mindfulness is central in Buddhism. The Hindu Prince Gautama Siddharta, the founder of Buddhism, said: "Do not dwell in the past, not the dream of the future, the mind concentrate on the present moment. "Mindfulness is an intentional and nonjudgmental awareness of one's thoughts and actions in the present. If you become aware you are able to special attention in order to pay your thoughts, without making direct or identify with them. Mindfulness means the realization that thoughts are only thoughts, they define the reality and they can not be released any moment in time.

In my last column I put my life dream slogan, and thrive "and invites you to the following question: What does this mean for you explore thoroughly and lavishly "Live", rather than just exist? I discussed the integral role of your inner voice, how to introduce balance and harmony into your life by identifying start areas where energy is blocked or misdirected, to unleash and direct the energy to your deepest passions. I am not referring in the way of dreaming During sleep, but an act of dreaming, which can only be done if we are completely, intensely awake. To be awake in your life it is, by all Meaning to the present moment rather than in the past or the future be connected lost. When you reach a state of mindfulness your senses will be enhanced appear and the world is more Vibrant colors bright, sounds become sharper and flow of your thoughts and your conscious mind with incredible ease.

If you may be involved in the commentary on your mind you do not reach a state of mindfulness. If you stay connected to the past or the future that you will not present exist. If you are not careful, you can not dream. When you talk of mental resolve and shift your focus from the past and the future back to the present, you are ready to begin the process of conscious dreaming. to dream the beginning of the process, you must break away from the noise and mental Chaos, you break your attachment to excessive productivity, external stimulation and everyday life, enter into a state of calm and reflection appreciate the gift of inner peace and tranquility.

If you are to achieve the above, you are ready to release the pain of the past. As you have probably noticed, I am very fond of acronyms. I'm past the acronym for the following update:

P rocrastination, voidance A, S tagnation, T repidation. If They are found in the pain of the past, you are charged with identifying with the mind and alienated from your inner voice. When you release the pain of the past, you can in a state of quiet reflection all visualize that begin to live the life you were meant. To release the pain of the past, you have by your ankles To begin the fear bust allow for a positive change in your life. It all starts with a vision of the future. Their vision is like a road map-it Guide to to travel in the right direction and it meant was created by the lowest part of your soul.

The act of dreaming is to be funny and exciting. It is an opportunity to unleash your inhibitions version, your creative juices, and tap into your deepest passions. Be as extravagant and outrageous as you like. Take a moment to yourself a year project to visualize the future and you live a perfect day. Close your eyes, take a few deep breaths and in a State of quiet reflection all. Where are you, who you are, how you feel and what do you do? Describe in detail your physical environment, your appearance (hair, body, Clothing, etc) and what you think and feel. How your life will be different in your future vision of the way it is today? What has changed and what stayed the same? How have you changed and how you have stayed the same? If you start committing the entire visualization process, now, the steps you take to this vision implement in reality.
