Because her father is French, her surname Lavoie. The names I like Evangeline and Roxanne. I liked Roxanne, because it sounded more Evangeline hard-core and because it was ironic.
Evangeline immediately thought I would better fit the character. I could eyes present, flashing green, and wild red-blonde hair cascading down her back. When I think of the name Roxanne - I can not think of short brown hair, blue eyes, a cheeky smile, tilted, and a raised eyebrow. Good luck with your story.
