Charleston, SC vacation?

I am planning a vacation for early March to Charleston, SC. I am 18 years old and my fiancĂ© is 19. I’ve checked a ton of motels/hotels/cabins online, but a lot of them say 21 or even 25 years or older. I finally found one that said age 18+, but when I called to make reservations they told me 21+. If I print their website out where it says 18+, can I make reservations online and then they let me stay even though I’m younger than 21?
Also, are their any other motels (that are not too expensive) that 18 and 19 year olds can stay at?
