What are some ideas for a theme Charleston bedroom?
I love Charleston, SC. What are some ideas for a theme Charleston room? I recently painted my walls a light blue, the furniture, I know. I have nothing on the walls.
Charleston is awesome and filled with art and inspiration. For an elegant bedroom, an addition put on a few selected Antiques / Reproductions mood. Many times, feature Charleston-style bedroom rice beds, canopy beds, canopy or metal tops. Add a blue and white or tip Bed-Rock & Fold a pretty handmade quilts on the floor. Earthy tones add natural warmth, esp. Handmade with accent pillows or watch. On your bedside table or dresser, silk magnolia flowers using a thick white candle or in a basket (below). For the walls, you can decorated grapevine Wreaths, a stylish mirror, a framed edition of Rainbow Row or access to a garden. Many Charleston houses reflect memorabilia, the history of the "lowland". Trim around doors & ceiling add richness and define the architecture. If you have hardwood floors, colorful rugs are nice.
